This project reflects how prefabrication supported a complex healthcare expansion by improving coordination, efficiency, and on-site workflow.

The CHI Immanuel project incorporated prefabrication to support the construction of a large healthcare facility with demanding schedule and quality requirements. Structural components were fabricated off-site to enhance consistency, reduce on-site congestion, and streamline installation. Prefabrication helped maintain schedule reliability, support safe jobsite conditions, and meet the structural standards required for an active hospital environment.
