This project highlights how prefabrication supported a visually complex, design-driven build by improving coordination, accuracy, and installation efficiency.

The Luminarium project utilized prefabrication to support a highly detailed and architecturally unique structure. Off-site fabrication of key components allowed for greater precision, improved quality control, and a more efficient installation process. By reducing on-site labor and simplifying coordination, prefabrication helped keep the project on schedule while supporting the design intent and structural requirements of this landmark facility.
